Founded in 2022, Speak Easy Bar owes its name to Prohibition in the USA, when the term "Speak Easy" was associated with clandestine bars, which ended up being the birthplace of the cocktail.
The name was chosen because of its hidden location in the city center. The décor follows a rock and roll, country and blues theme.
