Benjamim is a Portuguese singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Under his own name, he has released "Auto Rádio" (Pataca Discos, 2015), "1986" (Pataca Discos, 2017), recorded in collaboration with British singer Barnaby Keen, and "Vias de Extinção" (Sony Music, 2020), an album that won the 2021 Autores Award for album of the year in the popular music category. In 2024 he released the epic, "As Berlengas", on Discos Submarinos - the label he founded in 2022. This year he is celebrating a decade of Auto-Rádio, with a vinyl reissue of the album and a new version of the Volkswagen theme.
