History
Correaria Moderna has been in business for over a century, having been founded in 1914.
Clemente Pereira Guimarães started his business at a time marked by the First World War. Possessing great wisdom and an entrepreneurial spirit, he learned the art of the trade and created this store, now known nationally and internationally, which perpetuates the Clemente Correarias brand. The management of the company has remained in the family throughout the generations and today it is Carlos Guimarães, his grandson, who keeps the business going, preserving the craft traditions and the name to this day.
Products and services
Manufacture and sale of leather goods such as saddles, bridles, breastplates, bridles and hardware. It also sells articles for hunting and various products made from leather, such as bags and wallets, produced indoors.
