Meeting of Kings' Groups

The Meeting of Groups of Kings is one of Braga's most emblematic cultural events, held annually at the Braga Forum. Bringing together various groups from the municipality, this meeting celebrates the tradition of singing "Reis" and "Janeiras", keeping alive a musical heritage that is deeply rooted in Braga's identity.

On stage, folklore groups, choirs and local associations perform traditional songs, passing on wishes of prosperity and joy for the new year. It's a moment of sharing, emotion and celebration, where generations come together to sing popular culture.
