Feast of St. Peter of Maximinos - Maximinos

The Festa de São Pedro de Maximinos is held annually at the end of June in the parish of Maximinos, in honor of its patron saint. After an interregnum of more than a decade, it was reactivated on the initiative of Scout Group 430, with the support of the Union of Parishes. The event combines religious tradition - with a procession and Eucharist - with moments of popular conviviality, including live music, typical cuisine (such as sardines and pork on the spit) and fado.

It takes place in Largo da Igreja (Peão da Meia Laranja) and offers an authentic experience of Braga's culture and community life.
