
As far as sweets are concerned, Braga's ex-libris is the Pudim de Abade Priscos. This typical pudding is one of the few recipes that the iconic Abbot of Priscos passed on to the public, and the original recipe is still used today.
It is a sweet that respects the conventual and popular tradition of the Braga region. It is easily recognized by its caramelized appearance and its wavy shape, which comes from the aluminium form in which it is made.
