Advisory Board
The Braga Tourism Development Advisory Council is a commitment to sustainable and qualified tourism.
Braga has become a leading tourist destination thanks to its strategic location, the quality of its endogenous resources and the economic and social dynamism that characterizes the municipality.
The growing importance of tourism means that the services provided are more demanding, reinforcing the responsibility of all those involved in qualifying the tourism offer - an essential condition for building a truly sustainable destination, the guiding principle of the regional tourism development strategy.
In this context, the Municipality of Braga has created the Tourism Development Advisory Council, a platform for cooperation between public and private entities dedicated to improving the municipality's tourism offer. This body's mission is to promote, monitor, study and debate the tourism sector, supporting strategic reflection that leads to the implementation of measures and projects in line with the municipal activity plan and the objectives of tourism agents.
