An event dedicated to all pets will take place in the Forum Braga pavilion.
In the more than 7,800 m² of exhibition space at the Forum Braga Pavilion, the aim is to bring together a considerable number of dogs, cats and exotic animals on display. number of dogs, cats and exotic animals on display, but also a diverse range of exhibitors, with products and services for canine, feline and exotic animals, namely in the areas of food, hygiene, animal welfare, health, specialized press, among others.
In partnership with the CPC - Clube Português de Canicultura (Portuguese Kennel Club), the National Dog Show will be held on Saturday and the International Dog Show on Sunday. Both shows will bring together more than 1,000 dogs.
A cat show will be held in partnership with the Portuguese Cat Club.
Being an extremely easy animal to domesticate and present in many homes as a companion animal, these exhibitions, which will take place in their own space, will add value to the weekend dedicated to pets and will certainly be a source of curiosity and visits from the public.
As we all know, exotic animals are now a booming market and an extremely attractive business for those who sell them. In recent years, a growing number of Portuguese have bought exotic animals to keep at home, making it unavoidable that species as diverse as snakes, iguanas, tarantulas and scorpions are in fashion.
